So here is the eye-makeup remover I promised you'd be able to make from the 4 oz saved soap from your face soap recipe. It's really simple!

(2) 16.9 oz bottles of water

6 tablespoons of olive oil

4 oz of Johnson's Baby Moisture Wash (I use oatmeal or shea butter formula) or your preference of sensitive skin soap base that is safe for your eyes

Quart size container with lid

Bottles for storing and using the wash as needed

In the quart size container with a lid, mix all of the ingredients. Tighten the lid and shake well. Quickly pour the mixture in the desired bottles you prefer to use before it separates. You can make some for yourself and some to share! Be sure to shake well before each use! It removes, eyeliner, mascara, matte lipsticks and any other stubborn and high pigmented makeup. You can always add extra drops of soap and oil if it does not work as effectively. Play around with it and it should have the consistency and color as shown in the picture when shaken!

Shake very well before each use. Pour desired amount onto a paper towel (eye liner, mascara, and lipstick would be ugly on your towels). I pour enough to make the paper towel feel like a wet wipe. Clean closely around eyes to remove eyeliner and eyeshadow. Gently rub your eye lashes to remove mascara. It even breaks down the waterproof mascara. On another end of the paper towels, you can remove your lipstick. It even removes the high-pigmented and matted lipsticks. After removing eye make up and lipstick. Wash entire face with the face scrub to remove foundation and clear your pores. Enjoy and be sure to comment to let me know how this works for you!
